therapist at the Thalamus School for Shiatsu and Acupressure, Germany, in
1993 and have facilitated seminars for relaxation, combining Gestalt
Therapy, Mandala Drawing, Reflexology and Counselling. I have studied
various therapies within the context of Special Education and worked with
children and young people (3-18 years) experiencing mental, physical and
At the Frostig Institute, Los Angeles, I specialised in
Behavioural Therapy for children with learning disabilities. Since the
1980s, I have worked with children and adults.
My husband and I moved to the Isle of Skye in 1995,
where I gave birth to our son.
|Shiatsu is an important element
in my own life and work in terms of diagnosing and helping me focus on my
own energy. This stimulates self-healing, relaxation, and my ability to
focus more clearly.
